Absolutely everything. The quality of the furnishings,the details of the decor all combined to be a stunning property. The complimentary breakfasts were nothing short of first class.The same breakfast at a restaurant in a room with a similar surroundings would easily cost $40. The staff couldn’t have more professional. They assisted us with the nightmare of lost luggage and did everything under the sun to make our stay more enjoyable. I have been in the hospitality business for over 50 years and consider myself a qualified critic who always finds things that can be improved. NOT IN THIS CASE.L’m lookin forward to our return.

My stay at Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth added a personal touch that made all the difference. The room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. It was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights was the spa, which offered a serene and relaxing environment. It was the perfect escape to recharge, with excellent facilities that added a luxurious touch to my stay. Breakfast was another delight—fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy, inviting space. It felt more like a thoughtful, homemade meal than a typical hotel breakfast. Palazzo Lorenzo exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional service, elegant atmosphere, and thoughtful details made my experience unforgettable. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay.

We most definitely enjoyed our stay here. The check in was smooth and fast but didn’t feel very personal. They have parking on their own terrain which is useful. Keep in mind you have to give them your car keys in case your car needs to make way for someone leaving or arriving. In our case, the car didn’t even get touched.

This hotel is great! My room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The spa was very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room staff, was super kind, welcoming, helpful. The location is also great: close to buses and tram, very easy to get to the city center. I would definitely go back!

We chose this hotel for it's location away from the historic center of Florence and for the facilities. It was a great decision. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the facility lived up to the pictures (for a change!) which included a wonderful breakfast each morning. 20 minutes walk to the Florence's main attractions, was a lovely way to start each day. Overall a wonderful week in Florence and our best holiday in Italy to date.
